    Qin Bingyu

    Chief of the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Henan Provincial People's Hospital, master's supervisor, expert with special allowance of Henan Provincial People's Government.


    He graduated from the School of Medicine of Hunan Medical University (now Xiangya School of Medicine of Central South University) in 1987 and has been working in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital to this day. From February, 1999 to February, 2000, he studied French in Beijing Language and Culture University. From May, 2000 to June, 2001, he was funded to CHU de CAEN for advanced study in anesthesia and critical care and received the “certificate of advanced study” in critical care medicine from Universite de CAEN. From March, 2004 to June, 2004, he was sent to CHU de CAEN again for advanced study.


    Present posts: chairman of Henan Association of Critical Care Medicine, vice president of Henan Association of Critical Care Physicians, member of Chinese Association of Critical Care Medicine, member of Chinese Association of Critical Care Physicians, member of Chinese Society of Critical Care Medicine, member of standing committee of Cardiac ICU Expert Committee of Chinese Association of Critical Care Physicians, vice chairman of Critical Care Physicians Committee of Chinese Association of Traumatic Surgeons, member of Neurosurgical ICU Expert Committee of Chinese Association of Critical Care Physicians, member of the standing committee of Henan Society of Anesthesiology, member of the standing committee of Chinese Geriatrics Society of Critical Care Medicine, member of the standing committee of China Association of Emergency Equipment, member of Henan Association of Organ Transplantation, and member of Health Emergency Trainers of China Association for Disaster & Emergency Rescue Medicine.


    Honors: the 10th “Chinese Physician Award”, the 7th “Henan’s Excellent Physician Award”, “Henan Civilized Physician” and “Henan Excellent Party Member”.


    Presided over 2 projects of Department of Science and Technology; participated in 1 project of Department of Science and Technology and 1 project of Health Department; obtained 1 2nd prize from Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology for his scientific and technological achievement (the 4th place); published a Cardiopulmonary-Cerebral Resuscitation as the associate editor; co-edited Critical Care Medicine 2010, Critical Care Medicine 2011, Critical Care Medicine 2012, Critical Care Medicine 2013, Critical Care Medicine 2014, Critical Care Medicine 2015 and Critical Care Medicine 2016, Critical Care Medicine (Chinese Edition), Chinese Critical Care Medicine, Chinese Journal of Critical Care Medicine (Electronic Edition), Journal of Practical Diagnosis and Therapy, and Chinese Journal of Infection Control; published more than 40 professional papers and 3 SCI papers.
